Creating a Post Page

Create visually stunning post pages using Elementor Page Builder. This gives you complete design freedom to customize the layout, style, and structure of your posts without touching a single line of code.

Add a Post Page

  1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Posts → Add New.

  3. Enter your post title.

  4. Set the Featured Image.

  5. Choose a Post Format (Standard, Video, Audio, Gallery, or Link) based on your content type.

  6. Click the Edit with Elementor button to launch the Elementor Page Builder.

  7. Use the Elementor and Techwave Widgets to design your post layout.

  8. Once your design is complete, click Publish.

  9. Preview the post to ensure everything looks as expected on the front end.

Post Settings Options

Each post includes additional settings that help you control how your post appears across the site. Go to Top Bar → Gear Icon (⚙️) → the settings panel will open on the left side.

Below are the available options:

  1. Featured Post
Toggle this option to mark your post as Featured. Featured posts are highlighted and displayed in the Blog Featured Post Slider on the main blog page.

  2. Media Settings
Use this section to set up media content for Video, Audio, or Gallery post types.

💡 Note: Media Settings are not applicable for Standard and Link post types.

  3. Metro Layout Thumbnail
If you’re using the Metro Blog Style, you can assign a specific thumbnail image here. This helps maintain a visually balanced layout on the blog page.

  4. Post Header Settings
By default, the theme uses the Global Header Settings configured in the Customizer.
However, if you want to apply a different header style for a specific post, you can select it from the Post Header Settings section. This allows you to override the global header design for that post only.
